Best Neighbor Home Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We’re a veteran-owned, family-focused company serving North Texas homeowners with honesty, professionalism, and neighbor-first care.

What You’ll Do
-Perform routine HVAC maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems
-Inspect equipment for performance, safety, and efficiency
-Identify worn or failing components and communicate findings clearly
-Clean and service units, coils, drains, filters, and related components
-Test system operation and document results accurately
-Educate homeowners on system condition, maintenance needs, and improvement options
-Recommend repairs, indoor air quality solutions, or upgrades when appropriate
-Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area
-Deliver excellent customer service at every visit

What We’re Looking For
-HVAC experience in maintenance, service, or residential systems
-Strong troubleshooting awareness and attention to detail
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Professional appearance and positive attitude
-Ability to work independently and manage time well
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-EPA certification must
-Trade school training or field experience preferred

-Monday through Saturday availability may be needed
