Essential Functions

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and machinery, electrical instruments and control systems, electrical power systems, process, and piping systems
Safely maintain equipment while adhering to all policies, procedures, and instructions
Complete Maintenance Work Orders in an efficient and effective manner
Document all activities, resources used, and appropriate closing codes in the CMMS
Requisition required repair parts under direction of Maintenance Supervisor
Request assistance as necessary to ensure safe handling of assignments
Organize work areas for efficiency and safety, communicate safety issues to leadership
Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required
Support with other daily plant operations as required by supervisors and managers
Job Requirements/Skills

Must have own hand tools
Must be able to perform PM’s correctly on all equipment
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals
Bilingual preferred but not required (English and Spanish)
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with some mathematical concepts and solid math
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience

Must have at least 1-2 years previous experience working with industrial, mechanical, and electrical equipment
2nd and 3rd SHIFTS AVAILABLE
