Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
  • Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
  • Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
  • Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

  • One year maintenance experience in property management or related field
  • Possession of minimum tools required
  • Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • HVAC Certified
  • Valid Driver’s License
