Position Title: Installer/Service Technician

Compensation: First-year technicians can earn between $30,000 to $100,000+, with additional bonus incentives.

General Duties:

Utilize an array of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, coils, and compressors.

Communicate respectfully and empathetically with clients regarding work performed, repair recommendations, or replacements.

Maintain accurate records of services provided and recommendations made.

Adhere to AMC’s quality and safety standards while completing assigned tasks.

Continuously enhance knowledge through internal and external educational opportunities.

General Requirements:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Demonstrated integrity, promoting a positive company image.

Ability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Work primarily conducted in residential properties (attics, garages, crawl spaces, roofs).

Moderate physical exertion required, including standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods.
