We are seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in mainly residential properties.

Responsibilities:

Selling, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including but not limited to, heating units, air conditioning systems, air handlers, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including replacing filters, cleaning coils, and checking electrical connections.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide solutions to repair or replace components as needed.
Perform system testing to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Communicate with customers to explain repair and maintenance options and provide estimates for work.
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
EPA Universal certification for handling refrigerants.
Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and tools.
Must be able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
