Carry out duties in the workshop including the assembly and testing of ISI tools and any related equipment while adhering to the ISI policies and procedures.

Ensure all job related, individualized certifications and training programs are always current and up to date.

Actively participate in the on – call schedule, as defined by management.

Following the accompanying Work Order and utilizing specific accompanying materials, assemble and test product, in accordance with all drawings, standard operating/test procedures, technical work instructions, Tool Manual(s), and customer requirements, in order to accomplish the customer’s objective.

Maintain test apparatus and equipment in a safe working order and visually check service prior to commencing work and abide by Company QHSE policies and procedures.

Operate the test equipment safely and competently in accordance with manufacturers operating instructions.

Workshop and stock management and maintain housekeeping of general work area as directed. Maintain all areas of the workshop for a clean orderly and efficient environment.

Carry out inspection duties using appropriate instruments i.e. micrometers, gauges, etc., to a competent standard.

Liaise with third-party inspectors on work requirements and provide feedback.

Operation of forklift, loading and unloading of deliveries, and banksman/slinging for mobile crane operations.

Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.

Apply ISI Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) and when required and supplied, apply Customer’s Company QHSE requirements.

Comply with the standard company First Alert system, protocols and, procedures.

Utilize Company vehicle(s) to retrieve or deliver items as instructed by Line Management.

Work collaboratively with other employees and all third parties.
