This position is responsible for and assists in project checkout, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair services using company guidelines. Position performs customer support activities for equipment and systems products.
• Loads, tests, and corrects controller databases
• Interacts with installers to ensure established installation standards
• Coordinates with other contractors when necessary
• Commissions controllers and network devices
• Start up and verification of control systems
• Diagnose system communication problems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Install, replace and re-commission devices, equipment and software
• Assists and/or provides on-site training to customers as needed
• Perform warranty work
• Completes documentation for assigned tasks; verification sheets, record
drawings, and any other documentation assigned
