The Senior Maintenance Associate performs skilled maintenance and repair work on Center property. Involves tasks in maintaining and repairing buildings, utility systems, stationary equipment on electrical, plumbing, and interior of buildings, exterior of buildings, and mechanical equipment. Work assignments are performed under the direct supervisor of the Maintenance Coordinator; to inspect and advise on work assignments as well as to ensure safety precautions are being observed.
