Job Description:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of the HVAC industry. This hands-on training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful HVAC professional. Duties include assisting with the maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving under the guidance of our seasoned experts.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.

Work alongside experienced technicians to gain practical skills and knowledge.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.

Maintain company equipment, tools and property in a safe and secure fashion

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year of HVAC experience (preferred)

Enthusiastic and motivated to pursue a career in the HVAC industry.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team and take direction from experienced technicians.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus.

Must be able and willing to commute to 75252 zip code

Driver’s License (Required)
